- If the item/product is found defective or the size does not match.
- If the Vendor/s failed to deliver the product or if the incorrect item is shipped.
- The customer should return the cancelled product within 3 days of delivery.
- Within three days of GotWay receiving the cancelled product, it will be returned to the vendor/s.
- At the time of exchange the purchase bill should be presented.
- Tags of cloth should not be detached.
*NOTE: Only if the product received is found defective/damaged, or not as described then only the product is exchanged with minimum exchange cost.
