Policies


  • If the item/product is found defective or the size does not match.
  • If the Vendor/s failed to deliver the product or if the incorrect item is shipped.
  • The customer should return the cancelled product within 3 days of delivery.
  • Within three days of GotWay receiving the cancelled product, it will be returned to the vendor/s.
  • At the time of exchange the purchase bill should be presented.
  • Tags of cloth should not be detached.

*NOTE: Only if the product received is found defective/damaged, or not as described then only the product is exchanged with minimum exchange cost.
